All residential units are unfurnished. Each unit includes the following common features: entrance panel door with a viewer, a provision for telephone and cable TV lines, hot and cold water lines, automatic heat and smoke detection with sprinkler system, individual mailbox with keys, and split type air conditioning. Floorings for the kitchen, toilet and bath, and living and dining areas are finished with ceramic tiles while bedrooms have ceramic plank floorings.
